New Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in CSPA! To get started, fill out the Registration form below, and we will reach out to you to set up your trial lesson (if applicable) and/or confirm your desire to participate in any specific classes! This form DOES NOT register you for Classes or Lessons, it is the first step to indicate your interest and to allow us to register you for Classes or Lessons in the future.

After you fill out a New Student Registration form, Tabitha will contact you via “MyMusicStaff” to discuss your indicated interests and potential scheduling for Private Lessons, or Confirming your desire to enroll in a particular class. You will also receive an email from “MyMusicStaff” with a Link to set up your Student portal, where you can see your planned Lessons/classes, as well as make Payments. You can also see Crescendo’s Overall Group Class Schedule on the Main Callendar - Private lesson schedules, however, are ONLY visible to the individual student enrolled and their Parents.

CSPA does not charge a Registration Fee - you will not be charged anything after filling this form out! We encourage all families to set up Auto-pay, and keep a card on file, but you are only charged for classes you officially enroll in. We look forward to connecting with you!
