FALL 2024 RECITAL
Crescendo School of Performing Arts is having a Recital for Students in Private lessons; We would love for your student to participate!
Fall 2024 student Recital Date:
Saturday Nov 23rd
At 10AM, 11:15AM, & 12:30PM
At Crescendo School of Performing Arts in Standish, ME
Requirements: A minimum of Two Months of Private lesson study with an Instrument or Voice Teacher at Crescendo School of Performing Arts and Ongoing enrollment in Private Lessons, or participation in the Triple-Threat Performance Program.
Cost to participate: $15 per Student
Students may play 1 to 2 songs per instrument studied, either alone, accompanied by their teacher, or in a band/group with other Crescendo students!
Students in the Triple-Threat Performance Program are invited to perform one solo song Each in the Student Recital as a part of their performance Program.
Our Student recitals are a casual performance for family and friends, to display the student’s progress over the course of the Semester. Each recital should be about an hour in Length.
Bands That need additional rehearsal together before the recital will be scheduled the previous weekend (November 15th -17th). Additional Band rehearsal cost - $15 per student for a 30 minute rehearsal, $20 Per student for a 45 minute rehearsal, $25 per student for a hour rehearsal.
Students will sit with their families during the recital. Sweet and Savory Bakehouse will additionally be open until 1PM on the Day of the recital, and food will be permitted inside the Big room!
Admission to the recital is FREE, and open to anyone who would like to Attend! Donations at the recital to our Needs- based Scholarship Fund at the recital are Very welcome - Donations received during our Recitals and Showcases are the largest contributions received to support our Scholarship student’s Music and Theater Education! Thank you for supporting accessible music and theater education!
If you are unsure if your student is ready for recital, Please discuss with your Teacher. The Teacher and student together should decide, as well as select the music that is suitable for performance.
